I have been going on Diane’s yoga weekends for a number of years, they are small, friendly, groups and even if you attend alone, you will feel included. We are always well cared for with lovely food, vegetarian optional, puddings compulsory! and you can enjoy a glass of wine if you choose to. They are a lovely mix of yoga, workshops and some free time to spend with the group or doing your own thing. I have often arrived on the Friday evening, frazzled, straight from work, Diane always seems to sense the mood of the group and know just what type of yoga session is required and tailors it accordingly. After a weekend of yoga, meditation, relaxation, good food and good company I leave on the Sunday, completely relaxed and rejuvenated and ready to face the world again. – Alison

I recently joined her for a full Relaxation and Yoga Nidra day. New to practising yoga, I was indeed apprehensive. No need. Diane is a lovely, personable lady who is readily & naturally sensitive to an individual’s needs; she made me feel both comfortable and connected within her class even though I have significant hearing issues. With her help and guidance I was able to relax and enjoy an uplifting and positive experience. Her calm, soothing voice and manner helped me to regain some peace of mind to help me kick start a more virtuous cycle of self- care. For the first time in a while, I had a restful night’s sleep.

Enjoy a relaxing weekend of good food, great company, beautiful scenery.
Our weekend begins with yoga practice to let go of the week and ease into the weekend. Dinner is served and the evening is free to relax, chat or do your own thing.
Saturday morning– start the day with an early morning stretch and gentle yoga. followed by a leisurely breakfast in the hotel dining room. More yoga, pranayama & meditation mid morning followed by lunch.
The afternoon is yours to explore the locality with a walk in the countryside or the town or maybe a swim or spa treatment in the hotel. Followed by Yoga before dinner and free time afterwards.
Sunday Morning– Early Morning gentle yoga class followed by a leisurely breakfast in the hotel restaurant. A mid morning yoga session before departing or lunch at a nearby restaurant.
The weekend includes all (shared) accommodation, Dinner, breakfast and yoga practices and costs £250. a deposit of £50 is required to secure your place. A single room supplement is available if you prefer your own room.
