Enjoy a weekend of great food, good company, beautiful scenery at the Kinmel Hotel and Kinspa, in Abergele.
The weekend begins on Friday evening, with yoga practice to let go of the week and ease into the weekend. Dinner is served and the evening is free to relax, chat or do your own thing.
Saturday morning– start the day with an early morning stretch and gentle yoga. Followed by a leisurely breakfast in the hotel dining room. More yoga, pranayama & meditation mid-morning.
The afternoon is yours to explore the locality with a walk along the canal to the town or visit the hotel spa. Followed by Yoga Nidra before dinner and free time afterward.
Sunday Morning– Early Morning gentle yoga class followed by a leisurely breakfast in the hotel restaurant. A mid-morning yoga practice.
Choose to then depart before lunch or join us for lunch at a nearby popular cafe.
The weekend includes all (shared) accommodation, dinner, breakfast and yoga practices and a limited number of single rooms are available for an additional surcharge.

I have been going on Diane’s yoga weekends for a number of years, they are small, friendly, groups and even if you attend alone, you will feel included. We are always well cared for with lovely food, vegetarian optional, puddings compulsory! and you can enjoy a glass of wine if you choose to. They are a lovely mix of yoga, workshops and some free time to spend with the group or doing your own thing. I have often arrived on

After a weekend of yoga, meditation, relaxation, good foodand good company I leave onthe Sunday , completely relaxed and rejuvenated and ready to face the world again.
