What is Restorative yoga?
It’s not the same as Yin yoga.
Restorative yoga supports the body in relaxing positions and unlike Yin, there’s not stretch, strain or stress on the muscles or joints. The body is wonderfully supported with blankets, cushions, pillows bolsters and eye pillows.

In the second hour, you will be guided through a Yoga Nidra practice, often translated as “Yogic sleep”. This practice takes relaxation to another level as you’re systematically guided to relax through the many layers of physical, mental, emotional tension.
